PU timing belts are manufactured in thermoset polyurethane by a unique moulding process. The high-grade polyurethane gives superior wear and abrasion resistance. Several type of cords, helicoidally rolled up inside the belts, assure excellent dimensional stability and offer high performances in terms of flexibility and traction resistance PU timing belts are particularly suitable for power transmission applications.
This kind of belt can be sort to two types,i.e.:Rolls open ended PU timing belt and jointed PU Timing Belt Open Ended Pu Timing Belt
The finished products is infinite, in the middle of belt, paralleled with two sides is steel cord. Currently, we can process with PU belt with 50mm width and infinite long. Generally, it is to be installed in straight mobile transmission appliance
Jointed Endless Timing Belt
Jointed Endless Timing belt was processed from open end belt according to thermoplastic character; it can be at any length. A number of V interfaces design made the interface section can support stronger pull. Jointed belt is applied to transmission, especially, under rated power; we can produce various function belts and the belt of different teeth, furthermore, even attaching different baffle and cover.
